At the Australian Alternative Wine Show Robinvale wins gold medal plus two trophies 1 for Best Organic Wine and 1 for Best Murray Darling Region Wine, And yes it was 08 Kerner AGAIN!

If you haven’t tried it already it is well worth a try, this delightful wine is a lively, fresh and fruity dry white. It highlights citrus and tropical fruits, with some kiwifruit and confectionary lemon sherbet, along with crisp clean acid.

Fortified Wines

Our fortified wines are so popular that they fly off the shelf. After running out of stock completely we have had some more of our beautiful Raisin Liqueur Muscat and Tawny Port bottled in those elegant, slim, tall, dark bottles everybody is so fond of.
We have also bottled our exquisite new Liqueur Cabernet in the same type of bottle. This fortified wine already has the few lucky enough to get a taste in advance salivating in expectation for its release.
We are just awaiting labels and will hopefully have them all out and ready for sale in a few weeks so keep checking back in for more updates :)

Mr. & Mrs. George Caracatsanoudis established Robinvale Organic Wines in 1976. Today sons Steve, Bill and their families continue to produce quality Wines and Non-Alcoholic beverages. The Caracatsanoudis family operate the modern winery along with thirty hectares of Bio-Dynamic vineyards at Robinvale, 470 km North-West of Melbourne on the Murray River.

The Winery is fully equipped including bottling facilities and cellar door sales. Designed to resemble a Greek temple, they built the winery from ancient Mt. Gambian lime stone that helps to maintain a cool temperate cellar. The winery is also listed among the districts tourist attractions.

Robinvale Organic Wines make a variety of wines including Table, Sparkling and Fortified, Organic, Bio-Dynamic and Preservative Free Wines. Robinvale Organic Wines also produce a range of Vegan/Vegetarian friendly Wines to cater for the health and environmentally conscious person. Non-Alcoholic products comprise Still and Sparkling beverages are made from Bio-Dynamic grown grapes. As such, they do not contain chemicals. Bio-Dynamically grown fruit usually taste better than fruit grown with the "assistance" of insecticides, herbicides, artificial fertilisers and other chemicals.

Producing consistently good wine and picking up prizes in every vignerons aim. To do both of these using organic methods throughout is an enormous achievement by Robinvale Organic Wines and prove Organic Wine production has come of age.
